The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will refund the full amount of the product on the payment method used at the time of purchase, including taxes and duties.
We guarantee a refund for products that you do not wish to keep and that are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
The refund can only be requested by the person who placed the order and will be made on the original method of payment.
You will be notified by email when your refund is issued.
If aprooved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days by your bank. This period varies depending on the card issuer.
